Skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Many who know say it’s the best in North America. You have four days on the slopes to be the judge.

Dinner at Snake River Grill.

Above is the steak tartare pizza, one of the best things you’ll ever eat. And it only gets better from there. An absolute gem in Downtown Jackson.

Live Music and Dancing at The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar

We’ll see about JB Aaron but no matter what, bring your dancing boots and leave your inhibitions at the door. Because we’re line-dancing like the city slickers we all are! (Except for Tara who somehow always looks like she knows what she’s doing. It’s her super-power.)

Dinner at The Amangani

One of the most beautiful settings we’ve ever seen, perched on a mountain, overlooking the valley and The Grand Tetons. I could sit in this great room and look out of those windows for a year.

Star-gazing with an expert astronomrer.

This is supposed to be an incredible experience. I asked three times about the cold and they assured me that between the blankets and heaters provided we’d be good to go. I’m skeptical on that part. But the night skies in Jackson Hole are amazing—even when you’re not in a certified “Dark Sky Zone” in Teton National Park, which we will be!

Doing nothing.

Can’t think of a better place to do it, or a better bunch to do it with.
